Our Story

My name is Arnold Molder. I am the passionate, value providing mortgage broker and founder of Tridac Corporation Ltd - The Mortgage Centre.

For 33 amazing years I have made available my forward-thinking mortgage advice. I have observed that many home buyers, without preparation and the right knowledge, often pay more than necessary for their mortgage financing. For decades I’ve helped borrowers achieve savings on their way to achieving debt free home ownership.

The tradition continues. My son, Christopher, a licensed and experienced broker carries on the family business from our attractive and conveniently located office at Broadview and Danforth Avenue, Toronto, Ontario. His modern spirit reaches out through social networking channels beyond the confines of one geographic location.

His blog, SonOfABroker.com, is a creative space where he shares many of the mortgage insights that I taught him - with a modern spin.
