Toronto mortgage broker, Chris Molder, updates the Toronto mortgage market through his weekly video blog. Following an increase to fixed rate mortgages, lenders are now competing for the new fixed 5 year. The standard rate is 4.59% however, some lenders have introduced their quickclose rate at 4.39%.
